DNA is mailed from Sydney, Australia with 99.8% of all mail being successfully delivered to all of our subscribers throughout the world.
Shipping times do vary and are out of DNA's control.
Australian subscribers: you should allow up to 21 business days for your copy of DNA to be delivered as Australia Post do, unfortunately, experience unexplained delays. On average though, your copy of DNA should arrive within 5 business days.
International subscribers: issues can sometimes take upwards of 28 business days to arrive, particularly to the US where Homeland Security screening delays are very common. Extended delivery times, exceeding 28 business days, to Canada are a common.
If your copy hasn't arrived after this time, just let us know and a new copy will be mailed to you*.
*maximum of one issue per subscription year will be re-shipped due to non-delivery.
DNA is mailed via Australia Post for Australian subscribers, and via airmail with Singapore Post for all international subscribers.
