DNA is mailed from Australia with 99.8% of all mail being successfully delivered to all of our customers throughout the world.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES:

Please allow 21 business days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders issues typically arrive within 18 business days of shipping. However, please allow up to 28 business days+ for delivery each month due to potential customs processing and local postal delays.

UNITED STATES

Additional delays may occur for items sent to the United States, as U.S. Customs and USPS manage backlogs following the implementation of new import tariffs.

Please note: There are currently no tariffs implemented on magazines*, but U.S. Customs procedures may still cause delivery slowdowns.

If your order hasn't arrived after these estimated shipping times have passed, before contacting us, please check first with your local post office as they may be holding your parcel, especially if it does not fit into your mailbox.

Most orders are sent without tracking. Orders weighing 2kgs or more, however, are usually sent with tracking.
