How long will my order take to be delivered?

DNA is mailed from Sydney, Australia with 99.8% of all mail being successfully delivered to all of our customers throughout the world.

Shipping times do vary and are out of DNA's control.

Australian customers: you should allow up to 21 business days for your order to be delivered as Australia Post do, unfortunately, experience unexplained delays. On average though, your order   should arrive within 5 business days. 

International customers: delivery can take upwards of 28 business days to arrive, particularly to the US where Homeland Security delays are very common. Delays are also common during the busy Christmas holiday period, particularly to Canada.

If your order hasn't arrived after these estimated shipping times have passed, before contacting us, please check first with your local post office as they may be holding your parcel, especially if it does not fit into your mailbox.

DNA is mailed via Australia Post. 

Most orders are sent without tracking. Orders weighing 2kgs or more, however, are usually sent with tracking.
