Syncing iTunes with Pocketmags

So that we can access your iTunes subscription information (as iTunes withhold your personal information), we need you to synchronise your iTunes subscription with a Pocketmags account. 



To sync, please follow the following steps within the DNA app:-


1. Go to Options > Login/ Register > Enter your email address > Enter your Password (if you’ve forgotten it, you can re-set it here https://pocketmags.com/forgot-password )


2. Go to Options > Restore purchases > ‘I have made purchases through this app on iTunes’ 


Once you’ve done that, please let us know and we’ll update your Subscriber Zone access.
