If we have already shipped a copy to you (or prepared your copy for shipping), or you have accessed the Digital or Online Edition, you will not receive a refund for that issue.
Any unused portion of your subscription can be partially refunded to the originally used credit card. We cannot refund by any other method in which case a DNAstore credit will be issued.
The refund amount will be calculated as:-
the amount paid by you
LESS
a $5 administration fee
LESS
the number of copies already sent to you at the DNAstore RRP price
