I have made a purchase but it is not showing up in my library, how do I fix this?

If you made your purchase through a Pocketmags newsstand app or Pocketmags-powered branded app please first try to retrieve your purchases within the app by clicking 'Restore Purchases' in the Settings menu and choose the options most applicable to you. If this does not work please use the Contact Us function in the app and send your purchase receipt and Pocketmags username.

If you made your purchase through Pocketmags.com and are trying to read it within one of our apps please first ensure that you have logged in to the app with your Pocketmags username and password. 

If you're still having trouble please send your purchase receipt and Pocketmags username to help@pocketmags.com and we will get the issue resolved.
