I’ve downloaded an issue but it won’t load/ has wrong/ missing pages, what do I do?

Please delete the issue and redownload it – to do this click ‘My Library’ on the iPad and click the red cross next to the issue in question, on the iPhone click on the issue name and then select delete from the sub menu. If this doesn’t resolve the problem please contact help@pocketmags.com with details of the problem.
